Lyndsey is an education and children’s services professional with particular experience in special education needs (SEN) and children with challenging behaviour. Lyndsey’s early career includes being headteacher at two schools: a day school specialising in moderate learning difficulties, and a boarding school which provides for children with severe learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour. These posts, formed the foundation for Lyndsey’s extensive hands on experience, in the support and education of children and young people with SEN.

Following these years, Lyndsey became an accredited OFSTED trainer and registered inspector and held positions including Chief Inspector, Chief Education Officer, Head of Special Needs, Head of School Improvement and Deputy Director for Children’s Services for local education authorities and county councils.

Today, Lyndsey is Headteacher and Head of Service at Gretton School, Piscari’s brand new specialist SEN day and residential school, and regional service centre, for children and young people with ASD, based in Cambridge.

Philip has extensive school and local authority service experience. As Chief Inspector and Assistant Director of Education and Children’s Services at London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, he led the strategy for 14-19 year olds, pioneered extended schools, and directed youth support programmes.  

Philip is an experienced Ofsted inspector and trainer and has a career history which includes the following appointments: Assistant Director Education and Children’s Services, Assistant Director Youth and Culture, Local Authority Chief Inspector, Board of Directors Connexions South London, Principal Inspector and Specialist Inspector for Science, Mathematics and Technology.
