Gretton School endeavours to deal swiftly, sympathetically and confidentially with all complaints, queries or concerns expressed about the safeguarding, welfare and treatment of any pupil. In most cases, concerns can be resolved informally by discussion with the class teacher or house co-ordinator. Serious matters should be addressed to the Head of Service in writing. If this is inappropriate for any reason, then parents are asked to write to the Chief Operating Officer at Piscari Ltd, 22 Soho Square, London W1D 4NS. A full copy of the complaints policy is available from the school office. All complaints are recorded and kept confidentially.
