Learning outside the classroom
Learning at Gretton School takes place throughout the waking day and not just in the classroom. Pupils are encouraged and supported to organise and participate in a variety of team and individual educational and recreational activities. Activities are purposeful and meaningful to the pupils’ particular skills, talents and interests and include for example football, cultural and computer games evenings.
Gretton School’s blend of activity based curriculum enrichment is designed to help pupils develop key life skills, increase their confidence and self belief and achieve positive outcomes outside of the classroom.
