Overview
In addition to day provision, Gretton School provides weekly residential placements.
The residential accommodation is warm and homely comprising 12 single bedrooms, which children and young people are encouraged to personalise, and spacious communal living areas.
Children and young people are supported and encouraged to participate in the day-to-day running of their homes including preparing meals and washing up.
Post 16 pupils are supported to take responsibility for their home lives, including learning how to budget for food and do their laundry, to prepare them for independent living.
