Gretton School endeavours to deal swiftly, sympathetically and confidentially with all complaints, queries or concerns expressed about the safeguarding, welfare and treatment of any pupil. In most cases, concerns can be resolved informally by discussion with the class teacher or house co-ordinator. Serious matters should be addressed to the Principal in writing. If this is inappropriate for any reason, then parents are asked to write to the Chief Executive Officer at Piscari Ltd, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2RE. A full copy of the complaints policy is available from the school office. All complaints are recorded and kept confidentially.
