School Policies

Gretton School endeavours to deal swiftly, sympathetically and confidentially with any complaints, queries or concerns expressed about the safeguarding, welfare and treatment of any learner.

In most cases, concerns can be resolved informally by discussion with the class staff or keyworker. Serious matters should be addressed to the Principal in writing.

All parents are provided with the complaints policy in the Welcome Pack, and a copy can be found below.

 

A full copy of the complaints policy is also available from the school office, all complaints are recorded and kept confidentially.

Inspections

Academic Year 2024 - 2025

Gretton School received 47 complaints:

Stage 1 = 44

Stage 2 = 3

Stage 3 = 0

The school is so awesome our son went from pupil to working there. 😊

 I don't know how they did it but they changed our lives completely!

Massive thanks for what you do for our children. You are giving them the opportunity to make a success of their futures.

This school is truly outstanding both my children are lucky enough to attend.
