Gill Rughoobeer

Mrs Rughoobeer has extensive experience in safeguarding and pastoral care. Since 2009 she has worked across all age ranges from Primary through to adult apprentices, both within formal education and the private sector. Most recently she has led on and had national responsibility for Safeguarding, SEND and Learner Welfare for leading commercial brands including VWG, BMW, Network Rail and the Met Police Apprenticeship programmes.

Mrs Rughoobeer has a passion for advocacy and strong commitment to learner welfare.
