Holiday Request Forms
Here is where you can find a holiday request form if you wish to take your child out of school during term-time. If you would prefer to complete this electronically, please click here.
If you'd prefer a printable version of the Holiday Request Form, please download, print and return the completed form via email to adminstaff@grettonschool.com, or alternatively to the school office in person. If you do not have access to a printer, we are able to send a copy to your home address.
