Friday 24th June saw our Year 11 leavers celebrating the end of their school year, some the end of their time at Gretton, with our first ever Prom organised by our superb staff team at Gretton.
The plans went without a hitch and a great time was had by all.
Firstly they enjoyed a breakfast on the Rectory lawns, then they set off in their carriages to Revolution in Cambridge for further celebrations, including the crowning of our first ever Prom King (Fane) and Queen (Chloe), and the ceremonial cutting of our prom cake! On the return to the Rectory they were met with a warm welcome from staff and students on the gardens to chat and say their farewells.
We wish all our Year 11 leavers the best of luck in their future endeavours, whether that's staying on at our 6th form or venturing to pastures new.
Everyone at Gretton is immensely proud of all you have achieved during your time with us and we hope you stay in touch with us in the future to keep us updated of your future plans.
