December is definitely a season of celebration!
Gretton School has been awarded the accreditation of “Recognised Forest School Provider” by the Forest School Association, for offering children an opportunity to experience ‘good practice’ Forest School.
This award goes hand in hand with the fantastic work that our forest school leader Jess and assistant Sonia do daily out there in forest school, providing a haven of learning not possible in the classroom.
Gretton principal Mr Thorsteinsson says:
"I feel that this award is well deserved and certainly well earned, and would like to give my personal thanks for the great effort that has gone in to this, and for the constant holistic support both Jess and Sonia provide across the school."
